The first CD was issued in a double CD jewel case - the second CD was intended to fit inside it to complete the set.

Both CDs were issued in England and Italy. In other European countries, only one of the CDs was issued.

Collectors in Italy can also look out for a 12" of Glitterball, released on the Dance Factory label. Theme For Great Cities is incorrectly titled Theme From Great Cities - a mistake that occurs on the promotional 12" labels as well. Plus all the remixes on this 12" were taken from the promotional Remixes CD, which features shorter versions of all the tracks.
